Savannah, Georgia is the smallest big city you will ever meet. She is one of the most beautiful and history rich cities in the South. Founded in 1733 by General James Oglethorpe, the city is boarders South Carolina separated by the Savannah River on the North, the Atlantic Ocean on the east, Florida just a 2 hour drive to the south. The city boasts roughly 62 neighborhoods. Savannah is a very social city with year round festivals and what seems like a church on every corner there is something for everyone. The housing ranges from original historical homes to modern new homes, beach homes on our quaint Tybee Island, plenty of water access neighborhoods, golf and tennis communities.
