Richmond Hill, Georgia is a small city located just across the Ogeechee River from Savannah. This wonderful homestead was settled in 1734. As does Savannah, Richmond Hill has a fascinating history with beautiful Ft. Mcallister and with a historical connection to Henry Ford who chose this area as his winter home this city has kept its small town feel with all of the conveniences of modern living. The City has a population of around 13,000 citizens. Slightly over half of the homes built in the City were built between 1970 and 1999 and nearly 40% of homes here have been built since that time.
