Pooler Real Estate

Established in 1838, Pooler began as a railroad station and was named in honor of an employee of the Central of Georgia Railroad, Robert William Pooler. In its early years, dairies played an important role in the economy. Gradually, a post office, a bus station, a theater, gas stations, and a drug and dime store were built ad the city was incorporated in 1907. Pooler has experienced a rapid growth rate in the last decade. Pooler has become the epicenter of commerce, retail and homebuilding in that time frame. Numerous companies call Pooler home today, including Gulfstream and JCB. This thriving family community has a wide range of home styles, sizes and price ranges to meet all your family’s needs.

Today this suburb of Savannah stands on it’s own as a destination for many moving to the Coastal Empire. Pooler is close enough to Savannah to drive back and forth every day and still enjoy this smaller city life.
