    Home Inspections, Worth the Money?

Home Inspections can be a great way to find potential issues in your home. However, you should always do your research, inspectors are not inexpensive and you want to be sure you have the best person for you. If your home has a crawl space, it is imperative that your inspector enter that area and inspect thoroughly. Some inspectors are reluctant to enter tight spaces. Inspectors should always inspect your home for safety issues such as electrical or structural. While inspectors will point out things, they should not be showing you cosmetic concerns. A good inspector will also show you areas to maintain your home’s systems going forward. Do your research and speak to your relator as well.
